KUALA LUMPUR 2015 PHOTO DIARY
3 DAYS IN KL
Since Ed was visiting me this week, we decided to fly off to Kuala Lumpur for a few days just for a short holiday. Initially I was going to do a few shoots on the day we arrived, but the weather just didn’t cooperate and I ended up canceling the shoots that I had planned (otherwise we would’ve all ended up soaking wet).
Luckily, the sun was out the next day so we headed out to the old city center near the Royal Selangor Club and the Central Market. I was fascinated by the buildings here and it felt like I was in Cairo for a while. The exterior of the Central Market was also really pretty (reminded me of the Wan Chai Blue House in Hong Kong). But, either the weather just didn’t want to be nice to us or my optimum temperature of comfort is just too narrow, after an hour of exploring I was sweating profusely (I know, it’s not a particularly pretty image to be describing).
And so to save myself from dehydration, we headed to KLCC where we saw the KL Times Square and other malls. At around 1pm, we decided to go up the Petronas Twin Towers. It was so cool. The view from the towers was amazing, and I really liked the exterior design of the Towers.
Fast forward to the next day and we’re now in a taxi heading to the airport. (I do lots of things on-the-go to save time, or else I just wouldn’t get any work done!)
I hope you enjoyed these quick snaps from this trip!
